What makes this special
Small batches,
handcrafted with love
Each muffin is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Small batch production allows for greater control over the baking process, ensuring consistency and freshness in every bite.
Flavors that celebrate Asian American heritage
Experience a fusion of flavors that honor and celebrate Asian American heritage, offering a delicious journey through diverse culinary traditions and cultural influences.
Delightful chewy texture
These mochi muffins are chewy, sweet, and fun to eat. A hybrid of the traditional glutinous rice flour dessert popular in many Asian cultures, and the American-style muffin.
Thoroughly developed and tested
Freshness is important to us; every treat we create undergoes meticulous rounds of testing and iteration to determine optimal storage methods and shelf life, ensuring premium quality for our partners.
Local small business
We partner with local small businesses to bright you delightful treats.
By choosing local, you contribute to the vibrancy of your neighborhood and help create a more diverse and resilient economy.
Woman & AAPI owned
Empower underrepresented entrepreneurs and promotes diversity in the marketplace. Contribute to economic equity and help amplify under-represented voices in the business world.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store the mochi muffins at room temperature in a pastry box for up to 3 days. Storage in an airtight container will cause the cookie and marshmallow toppings to soften. Therefore, to retain their texture, using a storage container with some ventillation is ideal.
Dietary Notes
Dairy-free
These mochi muffins are made with egg and therefore they are not vegan.
The cookie toppings in all four flavors make them not gluten free. However the Pandan Coconut, Black Sesame Strawberry Jam, and Peanut Butter Cup can be made gluten-free by omitting the cookie crumble topping (upon pre-order request).
Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, egg, coconut (milk, oil, sugar, meat), sugars (cane, brown, honey), oat milk, ube, pandan, cacao powder, black sesame, cookies (oreo, coconut, vanilla), peanut butter, marshmallow, strawberry jam
